Welcome to Rushden Swimming Club

We are both an ambitious and welcoming swimming club in East Northamptonshire offering a wide range of swimming whatever your age or ability.

We run lessons and competitive training for children and adults with some of the most experienced and respected coaches and instructors in the area.

We are actively looking for new or returning swimmers. For further information please email Membership Enquries or visit us at training on Mondays from 7:00pm.

It is with deep regret that Rushden Swimming a Club have to announce that 'Life President' of the club, George Thompson, passed away on Friday night after a short illness. George served the club for over 70 years and has helped to develop many a swimmer over these years.
George will be deeply missed by all members and their families, and the coaches and teachers of Rushden Swimming Club, both past and present.
George's family have requested no flowers, but for donations to his chosen charity - Rushden Swimming Club. Anyone wishing to donate to his collection, please see a member of the committee.

A massive well done to all who swam in round 2 of the Leicester League last night. Although it was a very tough gala, with the majority of the 'B' team swimming as the 'A' team, everyone stepped up and got the job done.

LEICESTER WINTER LEAGUE

LEICESTER WINTER LEAGUE
A brilliant night was had at both competitions last night in round 1 of the Leicester Winter League. Both teams had nervous swimmers, 'B' team had quite a few new comers and the 'A' team were up against some very strong swimmers. But both put in 100% and finished with the 'A' team in 4th and the 'B' team in 3rd. A fantastic start to the league. Well done everyone, we are proud of you all. x

RSC BAG PACKING
A massive well done to all those who took part in the Bag Packing at Waitrose yesterday. On an extremely busy morning, you raised an impressive £787.10!!!
This will go towards much needed equipment for the club.
Thank you to Alison for taking charge and for the other parents who came along to help, but a huge Thank You to all swimmers who came along and had to take it in turns to pack- as there were so many of you.

What a fantastic night last night. RSC finished an amazing 2nd, even with swimmers missing.
Everyone stepped it up and proved to us all what a superb bunch of swimmers you are.

What a fantastic weekend of swimming! It was a long weekend, but everyone's spirits were high and it showed in the results that the swimmers produced. We had a total of 105 PBs and an outstanding 72 top 3 placing medals.
Louis Boot and Olivia Snook finished top in their age groups, with others finishing in the top 3.
To top it all off, Rushden Swimming Club were awarded TOP VISITING CLUB!!!
Thank you to all of you who swam, you are an amazing group, and thank you to the 'cheerleaders' in the spectator seating - you all made it a very enjoyable weekend. X
