Northants County Championships 2016

Rushden Swimming Club have had their best County Championships yet. 51 swimmers in the club qualified for this years event which took place on 23/24 January and 6/7 & 13th February at Corby International Pool.
Proving that hard work and dedication pays off, the swimmers brought home 53 individual medals and a further 10 top three placings for the relay teams - 9 Gold, 29 Silver and 25 Bronze.
34 swimmers qualified, during the Championships, for a total of 94 finals - a fantastic achievement.
Congratulations were also in order for Freya Cole and Ciara Usher who were both crowned Junior County Champions.
The club also had a further 14 swimmers gain Regional qualifying times to add to the 6 swimmers already qualified, bringing the total RSC swimmers up to 20!!
